Belair house
Belair House is sited "backwards" to the street, with an attractive solid "shell-like" containment on the street frontage to minimise suburban impact and maximise indoor and outdoor relationship to beautiful bushland and northern orientation.
The contemporary building is a fusion of Anglo and Japanese influences, with curves in three dimensions, subtly upward curving roofs, an overall sense of solidity at the south, and an open, airy light accessibility to the north.
